Founded in 1986 in Milan, Dondina Associati is a graphic design and consultancy studio in the field of branding and visual communication. They develop and design visual identities, trademarks and logotypes, editorial products, exhibition graphics, websites, advertising and packaging mainly for clients in the culture, art and design sectors.
Milano Certosa District, located in the north-west area of the city, is the district at the centre of a major redevelopment project promoted by RealStep, a real estate development company specialised in the sustainable urban regeneration of former industrial sites. Guiding the transformation process is a people-centred vision and, in particular, the quality of life of all those who live in the district or visit it for work or leisure during the day, through the combination of sustainability, innovation and collective wellbeing as an engine for the regeneration of urban areas. The development of the Milano Certosa District aims to preserve the history and character of the area while promoting a lively neighbourhood, where evocative former industrial spaces stand side by side with avant-garde buildings, including green areas, office spaces, new services, shops and catering activities with a preference for independent and research-oriented brands, plus a wide-ranging annual programme of events to animate the district.
